What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 1 piece for all spare parts. Whether you need a single seal kit or a full engine assembly, we accommodate orders of any size. Larger orders naturally benefit from better unit pricing.
How do I place an order?

Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?
Yes. We strongly encourage first-time clients to order samples for testing and verification before committing to bulk quantities. This is part of our standard verification step, and we support it fully to build a long-term, trust-based relationship.
How quickly can you provide a quotation?

How do I confirm a part is compatible with my machine?
Provide us with the OEM part number, machine model, serial number, and production year. Our technical team will verify compatibility within 2 hours. You can also send photos of the old part for cross-reference. We take full responsibility for parts confirmed by our team.
Do you supply complete excavators as well as parts?
Yes. In addition to spare parts, we supply complete excavators and heavy equipment including crawler excavators, wheel loaders, bulldozers, motor graders, and skid steer loaders -- both new and refurbished units. Flexible financing and global delivery are available.
Are your parts OEM, aftermarket, or both?
We primarily supply high-quality aftermarket parts manufactured by ISO-certified factories. Our parts meet or exceed OEM specifications and are 30-50% more cost-effective. We can also source genuine OEM parts on request, though lead times and pricing will differ.
What if the part I need is not listed?
Contact us directly with the part details. Our sourcing network extends well beyond our listed inventory. With 10+ years of industry relationships, we can often locate and procure hard-to-find parts within a short timeframe. Custom or special-order parts may have longer lead times.

What warranty do your parts carry?
All parts carry a 3 to 12 month warranty depending on the part type and category. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and premature failures under normal operating conditions. Our after-sales team handles warranty claims promptly to minimize your downtime.
Are your supplier factories ISO certified?
Yes. We partner exclusively with ISO-certified manufacturing facilities. All factories in our supply chain undergo strict quality control audits. Parts are inspected before leaving the factory and again at our Guangzhou warehouse before shipment.
How do you prevent counterfeit parts?
We source exclusively from verified, audited factories with established track records. Every batch undergoes multi-point quality inspection including dimensional checks, material analysis, and functional testing where applicable. We maintain full traceability documentation for every part we supply.
What happens if I receive a defective part?

How long does shipping take?
In-stock items are dispatched within 2-5 working days from our Guangzhou warehouse. International transit times vary by destination and shipping method: express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) typically takes 3-7 days, while sea freight can take 15-45 days depending on the destination port.

Can I track my shipment in real time?
Yes. All shipments include a tracking number provided after dispatch. For express courier shipments, you can track in real time via the carrier's website. For sea freight, we provide the Bill of Lading and vessel tracking information. Our team is also available to assist with tracking queries.
What shipping methods are available?
We offer flexible shipping options including express air courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT), air freight, sea freight (LCL and FCL), and railway freight to certain regions. We recommend the best option based on your urgency, cargo weight/volume, and budget. Urgent orders can be shipped same-day for in-stock items.
Who handles customs clearance?
We handle export customs clearance from China and provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, etc.). Import customs clearance is the buyer's responsibility. However, our team can advise on HS codes and documentation to facilitate smooth import clearance in your country.
